The process to use papaya leaves for dengue treatment is:

  • One should harness the fresh mature papaya leaves from the fruit bearing tree for the same. As per the research, the leaves of red lady papaya plant are more effective than any other species.
  • Now, take care that you are having only leaves and not the stack along with them.
  • Wash the leaves carefully and crush them without using any additives like water, salt or sugar. You can add some boiled water if required.
  • Now, when they have got crushed, squeeze juice from them with clean hands. Drink it without adding even a pinch of sugar or salt to it.
  • For convenience, you can prepare the juice in advance and keep it in the refrigerator for next 24 hours also.

Yeah, taste is undoubtedly the first consideration for whatever we eat or drink but, one can always ignore the taste if something is really beneficial for health.
